As the name suggests, we pay homage to Sir Walter Scott here, who enjoyed many a day and night at the Clovenfords.

His statue proudly stands just outside the window, whilst his portraits and busts can be found on every wall.

Intimate and cosy, the Scott Lounge is the perfect place to enjoy a coffee, light snack, or main meal with friends, as you soak up a little piece of history.

The Scott lounge looks out onto the village and is always a sunny place to sit, as you watch the world go by, so draw up a comfortable chair and relax as our attentive staff cater to your every need.
